V. Siva Reddy (Founder & CEO)
A Centum scholar through school and Masters of Computer Applications from Madras University, an invitee member of the BREW Technical team, Mr. Siva brings unmatched zeal and passion to both technology and the business of it.

Microsoft credited Mr. Siva with helping solve a key MS Office DLL issue . He has extensive on-site and off-shore design and development experience in client-server, web, Java, mobile & Windows technologies and has championed multiple complex projects to success during his career.

He founded RedIye Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and was actively involved in the solution architecture and design of all the products and solutions of the company. He was instrumental in front-ending fruitful relationships with prominent clients like Microsoft (USA), Hewlett-Packard Worldwide and helped RedIye achieve the preferred vendor status with Wipro InfoTech and Infosys Technologies.

V. Konda Reddy (Founder & CTO)
Mr. Konda comes with a background of Bachelors degree of Business Management and Masters in Computer Applications from Chennai University. As one of the initial team members who worked on Win CE & Palm OS, he handled a number of projects for HP Singapore –GPS. A professional certified on Microsoft and Sun technologies, Mr. Konda also served as the Chief Technical Architect at RedIye. He brings with him strong project management skills and extensive on-site, off-site design & development experience.

S. Subramanyam - Director
Mr. Subramanyam is the Founder and CEO of Ascent, has close to two decades of experience in Finance, Legal and Business Management, having worked in these areas in various corporates before venturing to be an entrepreneur by setting up Ascent - a company focussed on outsourcing services in HR / Finance. He is credited with moving Ascent up in the value chain into an information technology solutions and services company while enlarging the outsourcing services business across India...past work experience includes exposures in Advani Oerlikon group, Shonk Technologies, Integrated Enterprises group in corporate finance, HR and corporate legal services.

While Mr. Subramanyam is a passionate professional specializing in Finance, Treasury management and Indian Legal framework, he has developed an excellent grasp in managing I T / I T enabled services together with proven skills in handling all critical business areas viz.. Business strategy, Sales & Marketing, Product development.

He heads Ascent – an I T Products / Outsourcing Services Company based out of Bangalore with presence across India in the major cities and in APAC, as its Chief Executive Officer. Ascent specializes in innovative outsourcing services / solutions with specific focus on industry generic verticals like HRO / Finance while assisting Small and Medium enterprises engaged in niche business space viz: Construction, Infrastructure , Healthcare and Manufacturing through web based enterprise class business management solutions.

Keshav Chander - Director
Mr. Keshav comes from an engineering background with a Masters degree in Business from Clemson University, USA. With around 15 years experience in Sales and Marketing, Mr. Keshav heads the Ascent product & services sales focus and has the responsibility of building the Companys’ market share in India.

Mr. Keshav brings a mix of corporate sales and entrepreneurial experience to the Ascents’ able leadership team with a view to create a very reliable and customer oriented HRO company.

Adi Narayana Vemuru (Principal Advisor)
A key Advisor to Value Soft, Mr. Adi has been with the IT industry for more than 9 years, worked with CMC, Siemens and co-founded i-flapp in India and Singapore with idea of enabling desktop computing on portable and ubiquitous devices. Mr. Adi has leadership experience of Idea to product development, organisation setup, seed capital, operations, building efficient teams and very passionate about technology innovations. Mr. Adi brings in value to Business vision and Investment, team mentoring and development with Value Soft.

Anoop Kumar (Head Business Development - US)
Anoop Kumar has been an Information Technology (IT) Professional with over 20 years of experience in Supply Chain IT, E-Commerce, ERP implementation with Fortune 100 companies. He has also served in senior advisory roles with various technology initiatives that including IT Governance, Service Level Agreements (SLA) for service delivery models reflecting current and emerging trends in the IT industry. He is widely regarded as an astute observer of technology trends as well as an innovator of game-changing technologies. Kumar earned a Master of Science in Industrial & Management Systems Engineering from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University and an MBA in Global Management at Thunderbird Global School of Management, Glendale, AZ.
